BOAT RENTAL POLICY

Boat Rental Procedures:

• There is a $100 reservation deposit for a full day rental and $50 for ½ day rental.
• No boat reservations taken for less than four hours.
• Two-hour minimum rental for boat when available. (No reservation)
• Boat rental hours: 9 A.M. – 1 P.M., 2 P.M. – 6 P.M. and 9 A.M. –6 P.M. (Over night possessions possible with special arrangements)
• Reservations and payment only by valid credit card.
• Minimum age to rent boats is 21 years old. Those born after Jan 1, 1984 must possess Missouri boating safety identification card.

Please note the following:

• Our SERVICE AREA is an area within a 10-mile radius of Shorewood Landing RV Park.
  
  This means if you (lessee) takes our rental outside of the above area and if you have difficulties, we will call a tow service to bring the rental back to Shorewood Landing and we will assess these charges to your damage deposit and/or credit card.



• Our SERVICE HOURS are during the regular rental hours of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any service required outside of these hours, are at the lessee’s expense. If we are required to service the boat, the lessee will be assessed these charges to lessee’s damage deposit and/or credit card. We reserve the right to have the boat towed at lessees’ expense when operated outside the service hours.
