Check-in time is: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Checkout time is: 11:30 a.m.

It is our policy to take a deposit on each RV site or Cabin when a reservation is made. A deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay is required to make a reservation for an RV site or Cabin for stays 3 days or less; and for stays of more than 3 days, a deposit equivalent to two nights is required. Deposits can be done with a Visa or Master Card. There is a 2-night minimum reservation on weekends during the summer months, and 3 nights minimum reservation on Holiday weekends.

Rates allow 1-4 people per site or rental unit. For each additional person over the age of 1, there is a $ 3 per night charge. All guests and vehicles must be registered.

Reservations will be held until 10:00 a.m. the following day the reservation is to commence. At check-in, the full amount of the reservation is due. Deposits for RV sites are applied towards the rental period at check-in. For Cabin rentals, one night’s deposit is held in accordance to the following paragraph:

Refund of deposits on Cabin rentals: Renters are responsible to clean dishes (deluxe cabin), counter tops, refrigerator, and have all trash bagged and removed from the unit. Deposits will be returned after the Cabin is cleaned and everything is found to be in order within 14 days by mail. Deposits may be kept in full or partial for violation of campground rules, damage to the rental, or extra cleaning beyond routine. Pets and smoking are prohibited inside all rental units. Therefore, when renting a cabin, your pets should be left at home. (The one exception is for dogs required by the physically challenged). Linen is not provided, so please bring your own pillows, towels, and sheets. The Basic Cabin does not have running water or toilet facilities. However, a shower and laundry building is located conveniently near the Basic Cabin.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds are not issued for the discomforts of nature and are at the sole discretion of the management.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

RV sites : No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the reservation. If more than a 14-day notice is given, the deposit will be returned less a $10 service charge.

Cabins : No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the reservation. If more than a 30-day notice is given, the deposit will be returned less a $10 service charge.

There is a limit of one vehicle per RV site, and 2 vehicles per cabin site. There is a $2/vehicle charge for additional vehicles and they must be parked in the visitors parking area or where designated by the park manager.
